I have a 1993 Lexus ES300, a senior citizen. I have had all repair work done at Import Authority, and they have always done an exemplary job. But I have a larger point to make that occurred to me after my last visit which included brakes. And this says it all. When you have major work done on your car, you are not just getting your car repaired by experienced and talented people, you are literally putting your life in their hands. I'm not advertising an insurance company, but that company's selling point sums up Import Authority: "Are you in good hands?" When I leave the Import Authority parking lot I am fully confident that my car and I have been in good hands and that we are safe.

Our Team

When we opened our doors 1994, there were three of us . We brought lot of experience with us as well as many of our previous customers. In the 20+ years since, we have grown from 3 to 11 employees and expanded our service base to include several domestic models as well as the many Japanese and other Asian models we specialize in .
